Where is IVA hosted?
IVA is a cloud solution with servers in Germany.
Is our data private and secure?
We are ISO 27001 and TISAX certified, providing a high level of IT security and conform to German and European privacy and security laws. Additionally, we protect your data with two-factor authentication to banking standards.
Which mobile operating systems are supported?
The Control Centre is a secure web browser application. The testing app currently runs on iOS or in a web browser. We lease iPads to testing teams to ensure testing capability when needed.
Is onboarding included?
Onboarding and implementation are a key part of our license model. We offer in-depth onboarding and can meet with teams or individuals as needed.
Does the IVA testing app work offline?
Yes, test data is stored in the app until an internet connection is restored. The data is then automatically synchronised with the Control Centre.
Do you offer help with system configuration and set-up
Yes, in addition to scheduled team onboarding, the IVA team is available to configure the Control Centre to your specific use case and workflow
